As an AI/ML Test Engineer, you will be the one who makes sure it is. You will validate models that drive high-impact decisions and catch the failures others miss. This is not traditional QA. This is protecting the integrity of intelligent systems.

Role & Responsibilities

Validate AI/ML models for accuracy, fairness, and explainability
Design test strategies that catch bias, drift, and adversarial exploits
Identify how systems can be gamed, manipulated, or misused
Build automated testing pipelines that scale with our AI solutions
Help teams understand what's working, what's failing, and why it matters

Must Have skills

5+ years in Software Testing/QA
1+ years testing AI/ML models and data-driven applications
Experience validating NLP systems, recommendation engines, fraud detection, or scoring models
Strong expertise in model accuracy, bias detection, and explainability testing
Hands-on with PyTest, TensorFlow Model Analysis, MLflow, and Jupyter Notebooks
Experience integrating AI/ML tests into CI/CD pipelines
Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders
Nice to have: ISTQB AI Testing, TensorFlow, or Cloud AI certifications
