Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to support our project teams in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of business processes to contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and project managers, to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in creating functional specifications and use cases.
Support the development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and providing necessary documentation.
Participate in the preparation of project proposals, business cases, and feasibility studies.
Assist in tracking project progress and reporting to stakeholders.
Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Must Have skills

1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA).
Ability to document and communicate complex business processes clearly.
Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
