UI/UX Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead who embraces a holistic approach to design and leverages modern tools to rapidly ideate and assess concepts. The ideal candidate shall be creating interactive prototypes over static mockups and is passionate about both exploring new ideas and refining intricate details. We\'re looking for someone with an inquisitive mindset and a drive to develop designs that can scale seamlessly across various scenarios

Role & Responsibilities

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Engage in all aspects of design, from early concept development to wireframes, visual design, and pixel-perfect execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Enhance your skills, take ownership of critical design aspects, and contribute to the evolution of our team and processes.
Be an integral part of a communicative, supportive development team that includes managers, engineers, QAs, and fellow designers.
Ensure consistency in design elements and user experience across all products/projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design
Lead and manage a team of designers to deliver innovative UI/UX solutions.

Must Have skills

Experience in leading and guiding a team of designers to deliver innovative UI/UX solutions.
Experience working with or conducting your own research, presenting results, and acting on those results.
Awareness of how visual design languages and UI frameworks affect the design process.
Strong protyping skills with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Figma.
Experience in working on an AI or SaaS platform or experience in working with a startup
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
After-Effects and animation is a bonus!
